Zuzana Kříhová, PhD. is an assistant professor of Iranian Studies. She is a co-founder of Jan Rypka Chair of Persian Language and Literature which was established in 2015 and is based on a memorandum of understanding signed between Charles University and the Center for International Scientific Cooperation of Ministry of Science, Research & Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. She wrote her dissertation on the reflection of immigration in the works of Iranian authors living in the USA. Currently, she researches modern Persian literature and teaches the Persian language.
