Mgr. Filip Kaas graduated in Turkish Studies and General linguistics at CUFA. Currently, he is a PhD student at the Institute of Comparative Linguistics where he researches the analysis and description of the Turkish verb system from a typological perspective and the creation of an Old Turkish corpus.

At the Department of Middle Eastern Studies, he teaches Turkish language courses.
