On Monday, April 30, a conference “Türkiye-Czechia Relations from Past to Present” was held at the Faculty of Arts. The event was jointly organized by the Department of Middle Eastern Studies, the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Prague, and the Turkish Historical Society. Opening remarks were delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Mgr. Eva Lehečková, Ph.D., the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. Metin Feyzioğlu, and the Vice President of the Turkish Historical Society, Doç. Dr. Yunus Pustu.
